Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

 

We do NOT ship to PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Local Deliveries

Unfortunately we do not have a pickup location for locals but we are working on that. Until that day we offer a reduced flat rate on shipping.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all locations with physical addresses including hotels, hospitals, colleges, etc. Regarding delivery, typically those items go into common areas to be distributed according to that building’s policies. Again we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Packaging

Our gift boxes are packaged within another box to ensure the items arrive safely and intact. Though contents may shift throughout travel, the packaging is thorough.

Tracking

As soon as we receive your package tracking number it will be passed to you to track your box of care. 

Substitution Policy 

While this will not happen often, we may run out of an item. In that case, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different one of equal or greater value.

 Returns Policy 

  • If an item purchase is returned to us new and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery, we will refund your order total and less our costs for shipping and handling each way.
  • If the original credit card used to make your purchase is no longer valid, we can only offer a store credit for the amount of your product cost, less discounts, shipping and handling each way.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

However, we include the following details regarding returns:

Return Policy for Cancelled Orders

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

Return Policy for Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 10 days. We would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that missing items may have been substituted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and reviewed the products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banking institution.

Sales items cannot be refunded.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
